With an employee benefits scheme already in place, global property company Lend Lease switched from another solutions provider to our highly functional benefits portal and efficient administration service.
We now run a revamped scheme, with a fresh new look and feel, and a helpdesk for around 2,000 UK Lend Lease employees. As a result the company has seen a significant jump in the uptake of benefits for its employees. Thanks to our system’s multi-lingual capabilities, the company will be able to extend the scheme to other countries in the future.
