Following a merger with CMG, global IT giant Logica asked Vebnet to help streamline and consolidate benefits for 6,000 UK employees – on a cost-neutral basis.
Implementation of our technology took just four months, and the introduction of a salary sacrifice arrangement ensured that Logica’s new flexible benefits scheme made enough savings to be passed on to staff development initiatives. Delivery of total reward statements helped employees understand all the elements of their new package. We have since gone on to integrate pensions as part of the employee benefit journey.
