BT is Vebnet’s largest implementation, providing 28,000 BT managers with online total reward statements and flexible benefits. Scalability was a key focus at the beginning of the process, to ensure FIX&FLEX® could nearly double its previous largest implementation. Launch was a success with both total reward statements and flexible benefits going live in a timely fashion and HR being recognised for driving through innovative change within the workforce.
