LV=, (formerly Liverpool Victoria) introduced a flexible benefits scheme for all 2,000 employees on Vebnet’s FIX&FLEX® technology. This was a significant development for the UK’s largest friendly society, at a time when it was revelling in a period of considerable change, including undergoing a major rebrand. LV= implemented a range of flexible benefits and produced online and paper-based total reward statements, carrying out an extensive employee research programme to ensure the right choices were made.
