Employee Benefits Live - 28-29 September 2010 - London
Europe's largest employee reward event, Employee Benefits Live, takes place on 28 – 29 September 2010 at the Business Design Centre, London.
The 2010 event is a must-attend event for all rewards and benefits professionals and Vebnet will be exhibiting as well as speaking at the conference.
As part of the flexible benefits conference stream, Vebnet's Richard Morgan will be speaking with Stephen Dumbleton, Reward Manager at Airbus. This session will be focused on launching flexible benefits in 2010 and ideas on how to create an effective flex plan. Areas covered include:

- - Deciding on products and negotiating deals with providers

Client Renewal Workshop - 8th September 2010 - London
These workshops run on a quarterly basis, with the first two sessions in January and May having been very well attended and sparking lively debate. Each session is aimed at clients with renewals coming up in around 6 months' time.
This workshop will provide you with an opportunity to share and learn from the experiences of our other clients and for the Vebnet team to provide you with an update on current market trends, new benefits and enhancements to our technology. They will be highly interactive sessions covering the following key topics:
Design: discussion and feedback on which benefits have worked well, which have worked less well and the opportunities that are around for new benefits. This will also include a market update and specific considerations for health and risk benefits, and pensions
Communication: discussion and feedback on experiences with communication initiatives that have worked well, which have worked less well and ideas for improvement and employee engagement
Technology: overview of recent and planned additions to our functionality and an opportunity to create a wish list for future development.
