Flex is now not just a UK issue. Around the world there are at least a dozen countries where a thriving flex market exists and so to remain competitive an organisation must consider whether such provision is locally appropriate.
Working with our partners, we are able to identify the most appropriate design in a particular country and then locally use and configure the FIX&FLEX® application to that market’s need. The content can include flex, standard benefits and Total Reward Statements.
