Flexible Spending Accounts
Give your employees even more flexibility by introducing Flexible Spending Accounts
Once an employee has chosen his or her flexible benefits, any leftover credits can be used to set up a Flexible Spending Account. Claims can then be made against this account for a range of eligible items, and will be approved or rejected by the administrator.
Multiple Flexible Spending Accounts can be set up at any given time, allowing them to be used for all types of claims besides flexible benefits. For example, a medical spending Flexible Spending Account could be set up specifically for self-funded outpatient claims. Employees can easily view their claim histories online at any point, along with the approval status of each claim.
