Richard Morgan – Director of Consultancy Services

Richard joined Vebnet in 2008 and is Director of Consultancy Services. He previously held senior roles at KPMG and Watson Wyatt and has over 20 years experience in employee benefits consulting, most of which has focused on flexible benefits, reward and salary sacrifice implementations. Richard has worked with around 50 organisations in managing flexible benefits and total reward projects, including Centrica, Abbott, Pearl Group, Disney, Britannia Building Society and T-Mobile. Richard is an Associate of the Pensions Management Institution.
