JACQUI ANDERSON - Director of Client Services
Jacqui has been working in HR, specialising in Reward in areas such as Executive Remuneration, salary benchmarking, bonus scheme design, company car policy, etc. for over 17 years.
Prior to joining Vebnet, Jacqui worked for HBOS, the merged company of Bank of Scotland and Halifax plc, and formerly Bank of Scotland for nearly 7 years. During that period, Jacqui was responsible for the implementation of the Bank's flexible benefits plan for 18,000 employees and then, on merger, rolled this out to a further 40,000 employees.
Jacqui continued to drive forward the strategic and operational developments of the plan which, latterly, covered 65,000 employees. In addition, Jacqui was responsible for the development and implementation of Total Reward Statements within HBOS. |
