Nationwide, one of the UK’s largest mortgage lenders, uses Vebnet’s technology to offer 15,300 employees access to an integrated rewards platform.

Within an hour of the launch, 4,000 employees logged on to the platform, which includes flexible benefits, total reward statements and other rewards including more than 30 non-cash bonus and recognition schemes. By moving its scheme online, Nationwide made an annual saving of around £2.2 million – around 40% of its total spend on benefits.
